FAQ
A few things to know.
What is Farwilder?
A first-person survival sandbox in early development, set in a California mountain wilderness inspired by Yosemite. We’re working toward a world that feels grounded, physical and alive.
When can I play?
There’s no announced release date or public download yet. We’ll share playtest and release news here when they’re ready.
Will there be multiplayer?
Multiplayer is part of the plan, alongside single-player play. The foundations are being developed and tested; supported player counts and server availability haven’t been announced.
Are these images from the game?
The mining image is captured from Farwilder’s development build. The wolf is an offline preview of a game model in development. The large landscape at the top is generated concept artwork, not gameplay. Each image is labelled.
